Organic waste management in Maesan Village, Bondowoso Regency, still faces several challenges, particularly limited waste management facilities and community capacity in processing organic waste. Therefore, effective, sustainable, and environmentally friendly management solutions are needed. The MAGGROW (Maggots for Sustainable Growth) program aims to increase community knowledge and skills in utilizing organic waste through Black Soldier Fly (BSF) maggot cultivation while encouraging the sustainable use of locally available resources. The program was implemented through the Collaborative Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by the University of Jember and the Islamic University of Jember. The implementation focused on introducing maggot cultivation and its potential applications in organic waste decomposition and aquaculture. The results demonstrated an increase in community knowledge regarding the use of BSF maggots as organic waste decomposers and as an alternative feed source for catfish. This utilization integrates organic waste management with aquaculture activities through the concept of integrated farming, supporting more sustainable resource utilization and providing potential economic benefits for the community.
